The Brief

For stage two of the Cardinal Logistics Drury project, we were contracted to install the complex underslab power and data ducting system. With various aspects of the project happening simultaneously—earthworks, foundation laying, drainage installation, floor preparation—coordinating the efforts of different teams was essential. Effective communication and project management were key to keeping everything on track.

Our Solution

Working alongside the main and sub-contractor teams, we:

  • Installed all underslab power and data ducting to exact design specifications

  • Completed pinpoint-accurate point-to-point installation, ensuring seamless connections across the slab

  • Delivered detailed as-builts so the client had a crystal-clear record of every run and connection

  • Managed both internal and external installations, including low-voltage ducting to the transformer

  • Completed all cable hauling to pits and upcomers, ensuring full functionality and compliance

The project was completed within the timeframe and budget, with zero rework required thanks to precise execution and clear communication throughout. By providing comprehensive as-builts, we removed future guesswork and set the client up with a streamlined foundation for ongoing site maintenance and upgrades.
